REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority

If you experience any of the following issues with your order, we'll happily send you a replacement free of charge:

  • Your order does not arrive at your shipping address within 45 business days of order placement.

  • Receipt of a wrong item (wrong customized information on the product, wrong product or blurry product).

  • Receipt of a damaged product (broken).

Please Note: If you'd rather receive a full refund instead of a replacement for a wrong or defective item, we've got you covered. There's no need to return the incorrect or damaged item in this case, saving you the hassle and expense of return shipping.

REFUND

We do not process a refund in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivery" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).

If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We obsess over quality, so if you get the wrong item or have a stitch or print mishap, no sweat! Just reach out to us and we'll make things right with a hassle-free replacement.

Please note: Currently, we can only accept returns or exchanges for size discrepancies if the mistake was on our end. To avoid any delays, please don't return your purchase unless we've authorized it. We're happy to help you get the perfect fit, so just reach out if you have any questions!

The claim must be accompanied by full of clear evidence as below:

  • Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received.

  • Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order).

  • Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order).

  • Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
